Password Recovery Self-Service

Dear valued clients,

As you may have noticed, there’s now a ‘Forgot Password’ option at the bottom of the log on option for Core Desktop.

In order to use this feature effectively, we ask that each user enrol for password recovery using the Core Desktop Self Service portal. This is a quick procedure and only needs to be done once.

Latest Firefox Update Causes Issue Launching Desktop

Dear User,

Mozilla has released a recently update (version 55) for Firefox browser. It has been identified that with this version of Firefox, Desktop session will fail to launch.

If you're using Firefox to launch Desktop and Firefox has been updated to the latest, error messages similar to below (depending on the version of Citrix Receiver is installed) will appear. Desktop session will fail to start.

Notification - Fake Xero Invoices - 01-09-2017

Dear valued customer,

Recently there has been multiple waves of fake Xero invoices coming through Internet emails. We have implemented changes to improve detection ratio with these spam.

Our spam filter system now performs more strict checks on emails claiming themselves invoices from Xero. You will notice fake Xero invoices will now appear with [WARNING SUSPECTED SPAM] in subject.

New Spam Control Add-in for Outlook

This add-in is now installed for all users running Outlook 2013 and above.
